As the modern technology develops , the engineering control systems become more and more complicated and advanced in practical applications , therefore the reliability and the security of those systems will play a critical role to both the society and the economy . more and more attention has been paid in the reliability and security in the last two decades . from the academic view , fault diagnosis has a closer relationship with many areas on science and technology such as modern control theory , signal processing , pattern recognition and artificial intelligence 從實(shí)際應(yīng)用方面看,隨著現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)水平的不斷提高,各類工程系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜性大大增加,系統(tǒng)的可靠性與安全性已成為保障經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素,得到了廣泛的重視;從學(xué)科理論的發(fā)展方面而言,故障診斷具有很強(qiáng)的學(xué)科交叉性,現(xiàn)代控制理論、信號(hào)處理、模式識(shí)別、人工智能等學(xué)科領(lǐng)域近20年來的迅速發(fā)展,為解決復(fù)雜系統(tǒng)的故障診斷問題提供了有力的理論基礎(chǔ)。
Thirdly , on basis of the application for configuration software in the process control system of cement production line , this paper considers that the application of theories of control is lack inside of current engineering controlling system . then , a way of application of the theories of control is put forward with the component in configuration software , which makes the theories of control in the actual engineering convenience , and the theories of control engineering is realized 此外,本文從組態(tài)軟件在水泥生產(chǎn)過程控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用出發(fā),針對(duì)目前工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用中控制理論應(yīng)用的缺乏,提出了在組態(tài)軟件中應(yīng)用組件的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)控制理論的組態(tài),使控制理論在實(shí)際工程中得到方便的應(yīng)用,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)控制理論工程化。
